Dinner with the Lassalle Family!!!

Our last stop of our trip was a visit with Mommy's friend Meg and her family!  Mr. Lassalle made us a Southern feast of ribs, potato salad, and Old Bay corn on the cob.   The talented Margaret made corn bread and two batches of cookies (which the boys devoured)!  The kids soaked in the hot tub while Mommy and Ms. Meg spooned their frozen rum drinks. And all of this took place on a school night for the family!  Thank you to a bunch of great, great friends!!!

Water Country

One of our favorite parts of the trip was visiting Water Country USA.  Everyone (except Katie) loved the Aquazoid--a in-the-dark family slide with lights.  We also loved the Hubba Hubba Highway--a not-so-lazy river.

The tube slides were incredibly fast...as Uncle Matt found out!!!
